Just an hour of badmintion yesterday totally depleted my vitality.

Extreme bodyache and muscle pain.

My joints, my bones … they are all threatening to break apart now.

As nutcase as it sounds, this is feeling quite shiok.

You know the love and hate about blue black?

Yes, the feeling rocks lol.

And trust me, it is damn fun to pit your skills against your partner.

Of course, he still kicked my ass but that’s cos he has longer limbs lol. (coming from a sore loser huh???)

Tomorrow we are battling again!
