五月天万岁！

Mayday! Mayday! 五月天出新专辑了! 期待好久喔！

The new album is nothing but refreshing and I love it muchie! Their songs never fail to perk me up and lift my mood instantly. A great remedy when I think life had been treating me badly. All hail to Mayday!

 

The album revolves around the theme L.O.V.E - born for love. But it aint just narrate that love is sweet, love is wonderful that sort of cheesy fairytale concept. In actual fact, the ever talented 阿信 and of course the rest are just as fabulous, through their compositions of songs, tells the story of how love is meant to be. Love is full of ups and downs, happiness and sorrows. It hit me right to my heart! Life and love is the same, it aint a bed of roses. Be it love from your other half or your family, it doesnt sail smoothly everyday. We just gotta accept that harsh reality.

I especially enjoyed their fast numbers, 宠上天 loosely translated into Pamper to heaven. The simple lyrics were fun and sweet! It narrates how a guy would go to a horror show with a girl even though deep inside he is just as frightened, how a guy becomes depressed when the girl merely frown a bit, how a guy is willing to pamper the girl to heaven no matter how she throw tantrums, how a guy wishes to make the girl the happiest girl on earth. Of course, it can be vice versa too, a girl can take on this song too for the special guy she fancies. 真是太窝心了。。。 太甜蜜了! Favourite phrase of the song?

让爱无穷又无尽,万万岁!!!

The next song recommendation would be 我又初恋了 ( I am in first love again)! Very chirpy and upbeat rhythm which describes how a heartbroken person never had the courage to fall in love again but when the next love comes, there is no stopping and that it will be new sparks and a totally different feeling all over again like first love. Closely knitted to reality huh? How people tell themselves they never fall in love again but yet pick themselves up in a new relationship and enjoy the sweet perks starting from A to Z again? People believe in love afterall, true love. My favourite phrase?

Oh, also to those who havent heard 盛夏光年, the main song of the movie 盛夏光年 go try listening it too! Very powerful song! I wanna watch the show badly but guess Singapore wont be showing it. It is about modern brokeback mountain. Golden horse nominated!! And the song was nominated too but sadly it didnt win but that wouldnt deter me from loving the song.

I am so glad before Stanley 黄立行 album is officially out(has been dragging again and again, sigh!), at least I have 五月天! 我爱死他们了！五月天万岁！

因为五月天，我因此大胆的拿起microphone,用那像蛤蟆的怪声音大展歌喉，不然我想我这一辈子都不会唱K! But then again, 也因为五月天，这世界多了一个唱歌超难听的人。。。 哈哈哈！辛苦了，我唱K的朋友们！
